Mark honed his negotiating skills while President and Founder of Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a Texas Corporation specializing in the purchase and sale of problematic real estate.  Mark’s expertise in networking has resulted in the development of key business partners who provide excellent professional services for his client base.  He has designed the practice as a referral based business by consistently delivering exceptional services.

Josalyn J. Cano
Executive Assistant

Josalyn started her career in real estate with Keller Williams in August of 2014, she learned a lot both educational and hands on as a Realtor before joining The Fuller Team as Executive Assistant one year later.  Josalyn's primary responsibility is to make sure each client is well taken care of by efficiently managing each transaction and assisting the clients in meeting all contractual deadlines.  She implements and facilitates the marketing strategies, property showings, inspections, financing, and the actual closing of the purchase/sale.  Josalyn stays in direct contact with the clients throughout the entire process from contract to close- keeping them abreast of all critical stages of the transaction.  When Mark is in the field working with clients, she is there in the office to handle whatever issues may arise.  Josalyn plays a vital role in the operation of the team and can be counted on to help you feel well cared for!
