We don't do any of that. Instead we dedicate all of our time pouring ourselves into the needs of our clients. Mark works directly with qualified buyers and sellers, negotiates contracts and closes sales. He tracks real estate market trends and monitors the local markets. He maintains contact with a vast client base. He is a licensed Realtor and has been in real estate since 1995. Mark’s leadership skills have earned his positions on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, a nominated position; the Keller Williams Technology Committee; and the Keller Williams Finance Committee. He has served as President of his Home Owners Association as well as several business networking groups. Mark is uses current technologies to maximzie his effectiveness. He was chosen by the Houston Association of Realtors to participate in a feasibility study to purchase new software for the Multiple Listing Service and served on the implimentation committee once selected. He has been certified by the Houston Association of Realtors as a Top Production Realtor. He has been named the Top Producing Agent in the Keller Williams Memorial office for the last ten years.
