We dedicate 100% of our time and energy to servicing the needs of our clients. We do not expend time and efforts trying to obtain Real Estate business from the general public.
Most real estate agents spend a great deal of time preparing print ads, mailers, door hangers or go knocking door to door, or cold calling or do a number of time consuming activities in order to attract new business. We don't do any of that. Instead we dedicate all of our time serving our clients in the best possible way. We keep our heads down employing all the right methods of selling your home or helping you buy one.
What that means to you is the highest level of service from our team. If we are indeed able to exceed your expectations by providing the best service possible, then you would gladly refer us to your family and friends, thus eliminating the need for us to advertise.
My philosophy about real estate is quite simple. In every situation, I put myself in your shoes. I treat your money like it's my money. What would I accept as price for my home? Will this home increase in value?

Mark prospects for qualified buyers and sellers, negotiates contracts and tracks real estate market trends. He also maintains contact with a vast referral base. He is a licensed Realtor and has been in real estate since 1995. Mark’s leadership skills have earned his positions on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, a nominated position; the Keller Williams Technology Committee; and the Keller Williams Finance Committee. Recently, Mark was chosen by the Houston Association of Realtors to participate in a feasibility study to purchase new software to accommodate the growing Houston area’s needs and he was certified by the Houston Association of Realtors as a Top Production Realtor. He has been named a Top Producing Agent in the Keller Williams Memorial office for the last four years. Mark is President of Real Estate Solutions, Inc. a Texas Corporation specializing in the purchase and sale of problematic investment properties. He has been invited to speak on several panel discussions with various Keller Williams seminars and also teaches several classes in the Keller Williams offices. |

Suzanne Fuller

Suzanne keeps Sellers informed about showings and current activity in their area. She also keeps Buyers and Sellers informed about the progress of their file and handles the details of each file from contract to close. She maintains a high level of communication with each client and helps them with all their questions and needs. Suzanne also manages the business aspect of our office, managing all systems, financial details and keeping the corporation compliant. Previously, she was an Executive Assistant to the President of a major Houston Corporation for several years. She specializes in multi-tasking, organizational skills, and creating systems to manage the business efficiently as well as keeping the business fiscally sound. She teaches classes to Keller Williams’ agents on how to run a business like a business and has been invited to speak on several Keller Williams panel discussions. |
